If you don’t see a space that works for you, we will work closely with you to combine different areas to create the perfect event space for your needs.
Please keep in mind that catering menus are updated seasonally and may differ if you book your event in advance. Event planners at MBC will provide you with the most up-to-date offerings closer to your event date.

moving forward
Once we receive your answers to the form above, our management team will meet and discuss the feasibility of hosting and executing your event. After our internal discussion, we will respond to your email with any clarification needs or questions. We will then schedule a follow-up call and/or walk-through if the event is moving forward. Upon confirmation of the event, we will ask for a deposit to reserve the date. All events are first-come, first serve, and Matchwood reserves the right to book dates until a deposit is received. Once a deposit is received, your date will be secured.
