Herbal Tea Station by Tendril Apothecary and Kaniksu Folk School: In partnership with Tendril Apothecary, Kaniksu Land Trust will be serving herbal tea to keep your hands and insides toasty warm. Tendril Apothecary is often an instructor at Kaniksu Folk School teaching our community the benefits of remedies that you can make from nature.
Swedish fire logs by Kaniksu Land Trust: Kaniksu Land Trust will be setting up Swedish Torches around the granary to keep you toasty while participating in all the fun activities for the day. Each Swedish Torch comes from dried wood from your Pine Street Woods Community Forest.

FUN RUN/WALK | 10AM START AT GRANARY SILO STAGE
Led by Katie Cox, join us for A healthy and family-friendly way to get toasty, together. The run/walk route will start and end at the granary and is approximately two miles. No registration is necessary. This is NOT a race but an opportunity to connect, move, and get toasty no matter your speed!

11AM | 20 minute WildCore Movement Class: Join Brietta for 20 minutes of dance and yoga-based movement that will warm you from the inside and inspire playful expression. No registration required. Meet at the Silo Stage!
1PM | Chakra Illumination Sounding Session in the Sauna: Join Brietta in the Toasty Mobile Sauna to shift your body's vibration through the power of your voice. You will be gently guided to harmonize with each of your chakras and gain aspects and qualities of these power centers along the way. MAIA GADDESS, 10 MINUTE DONATED MINI-MASSAGE SESSIONS: Chair Massage is provided by North Idaho Integrative Massage and Bodyworks, and owner/therapist Maia Gaddess, LMT. Her regular practice in Sandpoint includes Visceral Manipulation, and treatment-based and therapeutic massage therapy.
